FB系列防爆摇头风扇其防爆性能符合GB3836.1《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备通用要求》和GB3836.2《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备隔爆型电气设备“d”》的规定，制成隔爆型，防爆标志为dⅡBT4，其防爆性能经的防爆电气产品质量监督检验单位全面测试合格，取得了防爆合格证。 
本产品具有防爆性能好、结构合理、运行平稳、使用方便、外形美观等优点。风叶采用高强度铝合金制成。适用于工厂内含有级别为ⅡA、ⅡB级，温度组另为T1-T4组的可燃性气体与空气形成的爆炸性气体混合物，划分区域为1去、2区的场所如：石油、化工、机械、医药、冶金等行业的车间、仓库、办公室、加油站等处的防爆降温。
 
主要由铝合金风叶、钢丝护罩、防爆电机、1.1米立杆、底盘、壁式安装架组成，根据配件组合可选为落地式防爆摇头扇和壁式防爆摇头扇。
1、风叶采用含镁量小于0.5%（重量比）的高强度铝合金制成。
2、隔爆型三相异步电动机和隔爆型外壳有机座、前、后端盖组成，其材质采用高强度铸铁制成，机座与端盖的结合面为隔爆接合面，接合长度大于12.5mm，间隙小于0.2mm，端盖与轴组成的圆筒隔爆面，其隔爆长度大于12.5mm，间隙小于0.3mm，单边间隙小于0.2mm，***小单边间隙大于0.075mm。
3、摇头机构由电动驱轮减速器，牵动连杆旋盘等零件运动来实现。旋盘上有三个螺孔，其分布位置位于旋盘中心，距旋盘中心15mm和旋盘中心22mm，用于调节摇头摆角，当连杆的一端接于旋盘中心，则不摇头，接于距旋盘中心15 mm处时，摇头摆角约为45°，接于距旋盘中心22 mm处时，摇头摆角约为90°。
4、摇头扇有二种固定方式，一种为落地式，另一种为壁式。落地式配立杆及底座，墙固式配墙上固定三角安装架。

It is mainly composed of aluminum alloy wind blade, steel wire shield, explosion-proof motor, 1.1m vertical rod, chassis and wall mounting frame. According to the combination of accessories, it can be selected as floor explosion-proof rotating fan and wall explosion-proof rotating fan.

3. The shaking head mechanism is realized by the motion of the electric drive wheel reducer, the traction connecting rod rotating disc and other parts. There are three screw holes on the rotating disc, and the distribution position is located in the center of the rotating disc, 15mm from the center of the rotating disc and 22mm from the center of the rotating disc, used to adjust the swing Angle, when one end of the connecting rod is connected to the center of the rotating disc, it is not shaking the head, when connected to the center of the rotating disc 15mm, the swing Angle is about 45°, when connected to the center of the rotating disc 22mm, the swing Angle is about 90°.
